Visitor’s Classes
Visitor’s classes are designed to give visitors to Barbados a unique local experience. Each day we teach a signature Barbadian dish using locally source produce, proteins and ingredients.
Adult Cake and Pastry
This 9-week course is designed to give students experience in various cake and pastry techniques.
Donut Class
Who does not love doughnuts? This one-time class will introduce your child to doughmaking and handling, frying, simple icing and icing techniques such as marbling.
